Local Students Inducted into Upsilon Pi Epsilon Honor Society at Scranton
2013 May 17Local residents were among The University of Scranton students inducted into Upsilon Pi Epsilon, the international honor society for computing and information disciplines founded in 1967. The Jesuit university's Gamma chapter was established in 1985. Upsilon Pi Epsilon recognizes academic excellence at both the undergraduate and graduate leves in computing and information disciplines and is endorsed by the professional organizations of the Association for Computing Machinery and the IEEE Computer Society.
