Conner Simmons of Hopewell Junction Recognized for Academic Achievement at University of Scranton Commencement

Conner Simmons of Hopewell Junction was among the graduate students recognized for academic achievement at The University of Scranton's post-baccalaureate degree commencement, which was held on May 28 on campus.

Graduates represented 35 states and several foreign countries, including Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Michigan, New Mexico, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin, Saudi Arabia, and Thailand, among others. The programs with the most graduates at Scranton were the master of business administration, educational administration, occupational therapy, curriculum and instruction and human resources

Graduate students were honored for achievement in their academic area. Simmons received the University's Outstanding Academic Award for Software Engineering.
