Local Residents Commissioned as Second Lieutenants

Local residents were among the 12 members of The University of Scranton's class of 2015 commissioned as second lieutenants in the U.S. Army during a ceremony held on Scranton's campus in May.

Kelly A. Tracy of Hartsdale will serve in the Adjutant General and Leonard M. Fernandez of Yonkers will serve in the Infantry.
