Frank O'Hara medals were given to the first-, second-, third-year, and graduate students with the highest grade point averages in the Kania School of Management, the Panuska College of Professional Studies, and the College of Arts and Sciences for the 2014-2015 academic year. The award is named in honor of the late Frank O'Hara who served the University for 53 years in various administrative positions.

Students are among 30 graduates of The University of Scranton's Honors Program, which is among the Jesuit university's programs of excellence. Students in the Honors Program pursue a rigorous education that stresses independent work through close engagement with professors and other honors students, including the preparation, presentation and defense of a research or creative project during their senior year.
